Why is a driving license mandatory?

The Indian government has made it legally mandatory for every vehicle driver to have a driving license. If you do not have a license, then you must make one. Because if police catch you somewhere without a license then you will have to pay a fine. Apart from this, other legal action can also be taken. Since it has been implemented by the government to stop illegal work and to ensure road safety.

Because sometimes illegal work is also done in the vehicle without a permit. In which any person is handed over as the driver. Due to this the driver sometimes does an accident and takes the life of others.
